Kendra Marks (they/she) is a collaborative family lawyer practising on Lək̓ʷəŋən and W̱SÁNEĆ territories and she primarily offers services in the areas of family law and child protection, including queer and fertility-related family law. Kendra’s focus is to resolve family matters as compassionately and pragmatically as possible, working to minimize conflict and effect timely resolutions, all while keeping clients’ – and children’s – best interests in mind. They are experienced at representing clients in negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and court, and she regularly appears at the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. Kendra is an apprentice member of the Collaborative Family Law Group, the Victoria Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
