Collaborative Law is a process that is safe for you and that honours and protects your family. My guiding principle is to use perception, good judgment and patience in assisting you within this safe process.
I have an exclusively family practice, and have always focused on resolving disputes out of court. I was one of the original twelve members who established the Victoria Family Law Group and have served on the group’s Executive for a number of years. I am currently the group’s Co-chair.
I have a commitment to promoting Collaborative practice in all areas, to my own education and to self-study to support that commitment. A Family Law Mediator since 1997, I have an active mediation practice and have completed Advanced Civil Mediation Training.
I actively practice Yoga, read widely, cook for my vegetarian family, and volunteer for BC Families in Transition, a local family-serving non-profit organization.
